We are hiring a Client Operations Specialist to execute on all program deliverables for an assigned book of business. You will work closely as part of an internally facing, multi-functional team to assist with new program launches, administrative support, issue triage, and quality assurance. The Client Operations Specialist should be able to juggle multiple responsibilities amongst their client programs, many of which are defined below:

What You'll Do:

  • Manage the on-going maintenance and upkeep of live programs and services.
  • Partner closely with the account management team to manage the operational health and client satisfaction of the program.
  • Vet all client change requests prior to implementation to mitigate downstream risks & cross-functional misalignment.
  • Act as key liaison with internal stakeholders for issue escalation and development of RCAs, SOPs and mitigation plans.
  • Proactively identify opportunities and make recommendations to improve operational processes both internally and externally.
  • Partner with, and occasionally participate with, account facing teams to prepare and provide performance data and issue logs for business reviews with key partners.

Who You Are:

  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Highly analytical, with excellent critical thinking, communication, and problem solving skills.
  • Able to work independently through ambiguity.
  • Proven ability to work with & build strong working relationships with cross functional teams.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Exercises good judgment and diplomacy with both clients and internal teams.
  • Strong time management skills; able to meet or exceed external deliverables.
  • Bonus points if you’re familiar with query languages.
