The Opportunity
We are seeking a Mid-Level Brand Designer with versatile skills across visual design, brand systems, and creative storytelling. You’ll take ideas from concept to execution—partnering closely with brand marketing, performance/growth, product design, and sales to bring our brand to life across campaigns, content, and experiences.

This role is about elevating how Everlywell shows up in the world — from social ads to packaging — and expanding the visual toolkit so our brand book becomes a creative driver, not just a static guide.

What You'll Do

  • Be responsible for conceptualizing and executing elevated creative that brings our brand to life, ensuring a consistent visual brand experience across all omni-channel creative assets for consumer and enterprise business.
  • Create high-quality visual assets for the business that push the brand forward
  • Collaborate with Growth/Marketing teams on performance marketing campaigns, social storytelling, and product launches.
  • Contribute to—and evolve—our Figma-based brand play book, ensuring consistency and scalability across all channels.
  • Build and foster relationships with cross-functional partners to provide creative input and maintain brand consistency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate brand objectives into effective visual communication.
  • Ideate and execute new creative ways to visually communicate new products, features and company developments to the world
  • Experiment with new illustration, photography, and motion directions to keep Everlywell feeling fresh, modern, and competitive.
  • Help to elevate and raise the quality of design craft across all aspects of our portfolio of brands.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Help to grow, develop and define the team's creative culture.

Experience & Who You Are

  • 4+ years designing for brand, marketing, or creative teams in-house or agency.
  • Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills and in-house or agency experience.
  • Proficiency in design software: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.), Figma, Animation skills a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and eagerness to integrate them into your workflow.
  • Highly curious and passionate about exploring new creative formats and ways of creative execution that help drive business impact.
  • You’re as focused on outcomes as outputs—knowing that design is only powerful when it connects with real people.
  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and can juggle multiple streams of work.
  • Growth mindset, low-ego, and a sense of humor.
  • Collaborative partner who elevates peers, gives/receives feedback well, and involves cross-functional teammates early and often.
  • Curiosity about customers and passion for sweating the details where trust and credibility matter.
