About the Role:
We’re seeking a Senior Product Designer who is passionate about improving the day-to-day experience of healthcare providers through thoughtful, scalable design. This role focuses on Care & Fulfillment, with an emphasis on EMR design, provider workflows and communication systems that help clinicians work smarter and more efficiently..
You’ll collaborate with cross-functional partners across Product, Engineering, Clinical and CX to simplify complexity, unify tools and create connected experiences that support both providers and patients. Your work will directly shape how clinicians document, communicate and coordinate care — transforming fragmented systems into intuitive, human-centered experiences.
You Will:
Reimagine the Provider Experience: Design interfaces and workflows that make it easier for clinicians to deliver care, from intake and diagnosis to treatment, fulfillment and follow-up.
Evolve EMR Design: Lead initiatives to modernize our internal EMR systems, simplifying documentation and decision-making while maintaining clinical integrity and compliance.
Connect CX and Clinical Workflows: Partner with operations and CX teams to align provider tools with patient-facing touchpoints, creating transparency and consistency across the care journey.
Architect Scalable Design Systems: Define information architecture, interaction patterns and design frameworks that extend across EMR, pharmacy and fulfillment environments.
Collaborate Deeply: Work closely with engineers, clinicians and product managers to translate complex requirements into clear, user-centered designs.
Champion End-to-End Experience Design: Ensure that provider workflows integrate seamlessly with patient-facing systems, creating a cohesive and connected ecosystem of care.
Prototype, Test and Iterate: Validate solutions through feedback, research and usability testing, continuously refining to improve usability and clinical efficiency.
Elevate UX within the Organization: Advocate for design excellence and help shape how design influences operational and clinical strategy across the company.
You Have:
5+ years in UX or Product Design, ideally within healthcare, telehealth, or similarly complex, data-driven systems.
Deep understanding of provider workflows—you know how clinicians use EMRs, communicate with patients and navigate clinical documentation.
Systems thinker—able to connect multiple tools and user types across the care ecosystem into cohesive experiences.
Strong UX craft—capable of turning complex, compliance-heavy workflows into intuitive, elegant interactions.
Developed visual design sensibility with an eye for detail and inclination for coherence
Bias to Action — You’re a proactive, solution-oriented “strategic doer” comfortable defining and realizing new opportunities as well as refining existing solutions with and without input from others. Confidently operating in a fast-paced environment and adapting as needed while experimenting, iterating and learning quickly.
Technical fluency—comfortable working with engineers on data flows, integrations and usability tradeoffs.
Excellent communicator and collaborator—adept at balancing clinical, technical and business perspectives.
Proficiency in Figma and related prototyping tools with exceptional attention to detail.
Collaborative and humble — Eager to grow and improve, open to feedback, able to work well with other designers and non-designers across levels. Willing to tactfully challenge assumptions and motivated to align diverse (at times contradicting) perspectives into cohesive solutions and visions.
Nice to Have:
Experience designing EMR, EHR or internal clinical tools.
Background in telehealth, pharmacy or care operations.
Experience with 0-to-1 product development or service design.
Understanding of provider–patient messaging systems or healthcare CRM design.
Our Benefits (there are more but here are some highlights):
Competitive salary & equity compensation for full-time roles
Unlimited PTO, company holidays, and quarterly mental health days
Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental & vision, and parental leave
Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP)
401k benefits with employer matching contribution
Offsite team retreats
We are committed to building a workforce that reflects diverse perspectives and prioritizes ethics, wellness, and a strong sense of belonging. If you're excited about this role, we encourage you to apply—even if you're not sure if your background or experience is a perfect match.
