Our job is to find creative and compelling ways to educate, inform, and inspire the world of Hims & Hers, as well as the broader healthcare industry.
We’re looking for a Manager of Corporate Communications to join the team responsible for driving and executing a world class communications strategy that helps our partners, investors, lawmakers, and the public connect with the company’s mission, brand, and vision. In this role, you’ll support high-priority initiatives across business, policy, executive, and trust & safety communications. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Communications, you’ll work closely with senior members of the Communications team and our cross-functional partners in legal, finance, government relations, and marketing to position Hims & Hers as a leader in healthcare, consumer experience, and strategic growth. You’ll also help shape proactive and reactive strategies that communicate how Hims & Hers advances safe, responsible, and accessible healthcare, with a focus on supporting policy and trust narratives.

You thrive working in the fast pace of a startup while being the steward of a public company that serves people’s health and well being. You can identify areas of risk and opportunity for our narrative, and you bring experience thinking holistically about corporate reputation
You Will:
Support and strengthen a strategy and narrative that increases appreciation for and understanding of Hims & Hers’ unique direct-to-consumer business model, industry expertise, and brand resonance through communications initiatives, press engagement, and content
Serve as a key team member on announcements, initiatives, and campaigns that promote and protect the company’s reputation, including reactive issues management
Lead the strategy behind our Comms X handle and develop content that reaches press, investors, and our key stakeholders with consistent, creative storytelling, and critical information during crises
Draft and refine communications related to regulatory developments, legislative priorities, and consumer safety.
Develop a range of communication materials including messaging, scripts, press materials, and company presentations in partnership with internal stakeholders.
Monitor sentiment, media cycles, competitive intelligence, and policy trends to inform strategy and narrative development
You Have:
5 years of experience in corporate communications, financial, policy, or crisis communications. Agency experience or in-house experience at a public company is a plus.
A Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, or public relations
Knowledge of, and comfort with, public policy, as well as experience operating within a regulated industry.
Experience building relationships with media beyond day-to-day news alerts
Outstanding and concise written and verbal communication skills
Comfort working with cross-functional partners across legal, policy, investor relations, clinical, and quality & safety functions
Proven ability to support fast, high-quality responses to crisis situations as well as looking around corners to reduce risk
An entrepreneurial spirit and a bias towards action
Our Benefits (there are more but here are some highlights):
Competitive salary & equity compensation for full-time roles
Unlimited PTO, company holidays, and quarterly mental health days
Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental & vision, and parental leave
Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP)
401k benefits with employer matching contribution
Offsite team retreats
