返利策略规划与执行管理 根据公司整体战略，制定处方药零售返利策略和年度计划，确保与公司销售目标一致 负责设计和优化处方药零售返利政策，确保政策具有竞争力并符合市场动态。 定期分析返利政策的执行效果，提出调整建议，以提高渠道合作伙伴的积极性。 负责追踪与测算，以确保对经销商支付的准确性，最大化公司资源投放效率 全面设计、跟踪和标准化经销商返利计算、计提及支付流程，优化相关操作规范。 管理和维护与零售渠道（包括线上平台、线下药房等）的合作关系，确保返利政策的顺利执行。 协调解决跨部门合作中的问题，推动业务流程的优化。

数据管理与风险控制 负责数据的收集、整理和分析，确保数据的准确性和完整性。 识别并防范政策执行中的潜在风险，确保合规性。

团队建设与管理 构建高效的返利管理团队，明确岗位职责，提升团队整体绩效。 负责团队成员的培训与发展，提升团队的专业能力和业务水平。

任职要求：

教育背景： 本科及以上学历，MBA优先。

工作经验： 8-10年以上医药行业，返利等相关工作经验。财务，法务/合规，风控背景者加分 专业技能

• 精通医药零售市场运作，熟悉返利政策制定与执行
• 具备较强的数据分析能力和市场洞察力

个人素质

• 战略思维及优秀的语言表达能力（中/英文），可将复杂事情简单化表达，对于合同的专业用词可快速掌握，熟练使用
• 具备优秀的项目管理能力，能高效推进，带领各部门加快流程；对团队坚持原则并支持好返利工作；极强的学习能力与乐观积极的心态，推动变革。
• 具备出色的领导力、沟通能力和团队协作精神。能够承受高强度工作压力，具备较强的抗压能力和问题解决能力，具备细致，很强的负责任。
