Job Description
The Position
You will be responsible for the sales of pharmaceuticals in the field of Cardiology, and you will be responsible for maintaining and increasing sales for the products in the selected portfolio. You will engage with target customers to create sustainable value for patients and healthcare through accessible and innovative solutions. This position will focus on business development in the southern Taiwan.
Responsibilities
- Accountable for achieving or exceeding sales results regarding the assigned portfolio of products.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships and trust for short-term and long-term value, driving customer satisfaction and engagement with the company through a full understanding of each customer’s values and needs.
- Navigate interactions with targeted customers that are meaningful, up-to-date, scientifically valuable, and relevant to each individual customer (customized/tailored) based on an understanding of their needs.
- Understand customers’ needs related to patient management.
- Ensure appropriate and professional management in close collaboration with medical affairs and marketing teams to provide relevant information to customers and build long-term relationships.
- Maintain the stature of a professional through one’s behavior in accordance with established company practices, policies, and standards.
Required Education, Experience, and Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree. Pharmacist is plus.
- At least 1-3 years of successful work performance in the pharmaceutical industry. Experience in Cardiovascular portfolio is plus.
- Team player with good collaboration skill and learning agility.
- Familiar with both virtual and face-to-face event management with successful experience.
- Able to work independently with good problem-solving skill to driving results and achievement with strong self-motivation and resilience.
- Strong scientific knowledge and proactive to take professional/product training.
- Comply with local regulations, industry, and company policies and code of conduct.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English is plus.
