Position Summary

We are seeking passionate and experienced HR professionals to join our dynamic HR Services team. These roles span across HR service delivery, product management, content management, and regional HR support. As part of our HR Services team, you will contribute to the development, optimization, and delivery of scalable HR solutions that enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.

Associate Director, HR Content & Channels

We are seeking an Associate Director of HR Content & Channels to lead our HR Services knowledge strategy and self-service experience. This role will oversee Tier 0 HR support, ensuring that employees and managers can easily access accurate, up-to-date HR information through self-service tools. Additionally, the role will serve as the ServiceNow functional owner for HR Services, optimizing the platform’s capabilities to enhance user experience and service delivery.

Associate Director, HR Services Product Manager

We are seeking an Associate Director, HR Services Product Manager to lead the strategy, governance, and continuous improvement of various services across Organon, but with an initial focus on time and absence management processes. This role will define and implement a global strategy for time and absence management, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and a seamless user experience worldwide. Working closely with HR, Payroll, and outsourced providers, the Associate Director will optimize processes, enhance system capabilities, and drive compliance with local labor laws and global policies. This is a key role in ensuring a best-in-class experience for employees and managers across the organization.

Senior HR Specialist (Regional Support)

In this role, you will provide expert-level support for employee lifecycle processes, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience. You will manage complex HR transactions, mentor junior team members, and serve as a key escalation point for challenging employee inquiries. Additionally, you will drive process improvements, ensure compliance with regional labor laws, and collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Payroll, and Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to enhance HR service delivery.


Qualifications

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

· 5+ years of experience in HR operations, HRIS, or HR service delivery. (varies by role level).

· Strong understanding of global HR practices and regional labor regulations.

· Experience with digital HR platforms (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow) is highly desirable.

· Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed, and multicultural environment.
