1 .通过区域目标客户管理，制定有效的区域计划，最大限度地开发辖区内客户的市场拓展潜力；完成公司的目标，实现增长和市场占有率增长；
2.合理规划拜访频率及拜访目标客户，深入了解客户需求，分级管理，建立维护客户关系，根据需要开发新的区域市场培育发展；
3.基于对产品的掌握，与客户进行有效沟通教育，引导客户改善观念，动员店员推荐疗效显著的原研药；
4.积极主动收集竞争对手的市场信息，分析并反馈给直线经理，根据区域市场现状提供最有效的建议；
5.面临市场问题挑战，与直线经理或同事进行积极有效的沟通，高效快速解决问题以推动业务；
6.根据公司的拜访流程，设置最有效的拜访计划，保持高标准的专业拜访，不断提高客户满意度，建立长期良好的业务关系，有效推动新品分销、药学教育、两会教育、DOT活动；
7.根据公司要求，高效执行市场部制定的市场计划，与客户定期进行生意回顾；
8.及时、准确地完成报告；
9.生意有道，合规先行。
