The Position
Real Estate and Facility Management Global Database Management Intern
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented high school student to join our Real Estate and Facility Management team as a Global Database Management Intern. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and organization of our shared drive and various Excel database templates. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in data management and contribute to the operational success of a global organization.

Responsibilities
Review and verify the completeness and accuracy of data stored in the shared drive and Excel database templates.
Organize and clean up files and data entries to ensure consistency and proper categorization.
Identify and correct discrepancies or errors in the database, working closely with team members to ensure data integrity.
Assist in updating and maintaining standardized templates used for real estate and facility management reporting.
Support the team in creating or improving processes for efficient database management and documentation.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure alignment with organizational data management policies and guidelines.
Required Education, Experience, and Skills
Currently enrolled in high school, with a strong interest in data management, organization, or related fields.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, with basic knowledge of formulas, data entry, and formatting.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and seek clarification when needed.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn.
