Job Description

Organon is seeking a KAM Trade Channel Manager based in the UK.

This role will focus on managing pharmacies and wholesalers trade channels in the UK and Ireland, reporting directly to the Country Lead.

Responsibilities

  • Drive results, strategic goals and financial milestones for the portfolio

  • Leverage commercial trade channels for the best business impact by developing and executing channel management strategy and short- and long-term objectives, roadmap and plan

  • Manage commercial deals with pharmacy chains

  • Develop a strategic approach on gross to net and ensure implementation

  • Contribute to optimal demand forecast focusing on short- and long-term results

  • Own, monitor and execute the annual profit plan and long-range plan

  • Work as key point of contact for alliance management with the partner in Ireland

  • Participate in key activities and develop strong network w/ key stakeholders at wholesaler level, pharmacy chains and distribution partner

  • Identify & implement innovative strategic projects to ensure business growth through improving customer experience

  • Collect and analyze data to increase customer understanding, to identify business opportunities and to drive strategic decisions

  • Monitor performance KPIs and other data to guarantee the best results addressing opportunities and challenges

  • Contribute to company strategy and execute in scope

  • Collaborate with various functions, including Business Development, Commercial Operations, Marketing and Finance and other areas to ensure optimal alignment and effective implementation of business plans

Required Education, Experience and Skills

  • University degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration or Life Sciences preferred

  • MBA / Postgraduation valued

  • Experience required: 3-5 years in Marketing with at least 5 years of experience in Healthcare, FMCG, Animal Health, Dermo-Cosmetics, or other fast-paced industry.

  • Strategic thinking, commercial, business and financial acumen

  • Analytical skills to synthesize local insights as input to the channels’ plan

  • Strong customer management and customer engagement skills

  • Cross functional skills to ensure optimal alignment and effective implementation

  • Drive and commitment to succeed

  • Strong leadership skills according to Organon values and behaviors

  • Proactive attitude and ability to work in autonomous way

  • Strong communication skills and people orientation

  • Innovation mindset with focus on business impact activities
