1. Explores the innovative growth model of OTC: Through analyzing market trends, channel strategy, consumer behavior and best-in-class practice in industry.

2. Brand communication strategy development：Including content creation; Campaign IMC; media matrix planning and social media execution and efficiency improvement.

3. Go-to-Market delivery: Identify growth drivers of strategic channel business and develop a highly effective growth model tailored to OTC products.

Requirements:

- Solid skill on data analysis and problem-solving, exploring information insights and implementing strategies to achieve business goals

- Marketing background in pharma/consulting industry and a basic understanding of retail channels /OTC category would be preferred

- Quick learner and able to work independently and as part of a team
