Position Summary
As a Professional Medical Representative, you will play a vital role in advancing Organon’s mission across Saudi Arabia. You’ll build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, share scientific knowledge, and promote our portfolio responsibly — supporting better patient outcomes and business growth.
We are currently seeking passionate and motivated individuals to join our Western and Eastern teams within our Women’s Health and General Medicine business lines. Key Responsibilities
Depending on the specific role, responsibilities may include:
• Conduct regular visits and calls to healthcare professionals to promote assigned Organon products and deliver key scientific messages.
• Build and maintain strong, ethical, and long-term partnerships with healthcare providers.
• Execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives.
• Identify opportunities, generate leads, and expand product presence within assigned territories.
• Provide accurate and compliant product information and clinical data to healthcare professionals.
• Participate in scientific meetings, conferences, and training sessions to stay informed and represent Organon with excellence.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across Market Access, Marketing, and Commercial teams to achieve shared goals.
• Ensure full adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and Saudi regulations.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (required)
Experience:
• 0–2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Proven sales experience is an advantage, particularly in Women’s Health or General Medicine therapeutic areas.
Skills & Competencies:
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (Arabic & English).
• Strong teamwork, accountability, and results orientation.
• Eager to learn, adaptable, and self-motivated with a drive to excel.
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools.
• Valid Saudi driving license and willingness to travel across assigned territories.
