Job Description

The Employee Must Be Knowledgeable In:

Labor legislation of the Russian Federation.

Legislative and regulatory acts related to the assigned duties.

Principles of developing and maintaining staffing schedules, recording working hours, and planning the payroll budget.

Human Resources Management (HRM) software and information systems.

Methodological guidelines for personnel record-keeping, procedures for tracking personnel movement, and preparing reports.

Procedures for establishing and maintaining the Company's personnel database. Occupational health and safety rules and regulations.

The Employee Is Obliged To: Ensure the Company's compliance with the labor legislation of the Russian Federation, including the correct preparation, updating, and storage of all personnel documents and other documents governing labor relations. Provide expert methodological support and oversight for all personnel processes, ensuring documentation complies with legal requirements and corporate standards. Manage and maintain an up-to-date staffing schedule, monitoring the accurate reflection of the organizational structure and headcount. Develop, implement, and enhance the compensation and benefits system. Analyze the labor market and compensation practices, preparing proposals to maintain the competitiveness of the pay structure and benefits package. Liaise with external partners and service vendors (e.g., insurance companies, consultants), ensuring the fulfillment of contractual obligations and the quality of services provided. Perform HR analytics: collect, systematize, and analyze data on key metrics (e.g., employee turnover, personnel structure, reasons for termination, benefits effectiveness) to prepare reports and proposals for management. Develop, update, and control the implementation of internal regulatory documents, policies, and procedures related to personnel processes, compensation, and benefits, ensuring their alignment with current legislation. Participate in the automation and digital transformation of HR processes, including testing and implementing new functionalities in HR systems. Provide consultations to Company employees on labor law matters and support heads of structural units in complex issues related to the application of labor legislation, offering necessary clarifications regarding the Labor Code of the Russian Federation. Prepare and submit operational, statistical, and other official reporting documentation to relevant officials and state authorities in a timely manner and in accordance with the established schedule. Strictly maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information and employee personal data. Demonstrate the professional competencies required for the position and consistently develop professional knowledge and skills, utilizing available resources, including participating in recommended training programs to show positive professional growth dynamics. Know and adhere to the Company's internal regulatory acts, reporting standards, and procedures for their completion. Comply with occupational health, safety, and fire safety requirements established by current legislation and the Company's internal policies. Efficiently plan and rationally utilize Company resources allocated for performing job responsibilities, obtaining prior approval from the immediate supervisor and acting within approved budgets and internal regulations.
