Be a Founding Member of Our New Total Rewards Administration Team!


Join Organon’s newly established Total Rewards Administration Team in Lisbon and help us deliver exceptional, employee-focused benefits solutions across the globe. As our fifth Benefits Administration team member in Lisbon, you’ll be building and shaping a world-class function, partnering closely with Global and Regional Benefits Business Partners, HRBP, Payroll, Finance and HRSC colleagues. You’ll report directly to the Global Reward Administration Leader—and every now and then, you might jump in to support Compensation Administration tasks (and your Comp Admin teammate will return the favor!).

What You’ll Do

  • Lead benefits operations for the countries under your scope supporting our Global Benefits Center of Excellence (CoE), HRBPs and and our employees, making sure employees have access to programs that keep them healthy, secure, and supported—from pensions and healthcare to wellness initiatives.

  • Own the leave game by managing medical, parental, and other leave-of-absence processes with precision and care.

  • Guide the employee journey through benefits onboarding, enrollment, and termination—because every step matters.

  • Keep the numbers straight by preparing reports for vendors and handling updates related to enrollments, terminations, salary changes, and life events.

  • Make the money move by supporting procurement and invoicing processes, managing purchase orders, and partnering with brokers and vendors to keep everything running smoothly.

  • Be the connector—engage with brokers and vendors, manage benefit reporting, file administration, and system tasks that keep our operations humming.

  • Solve the puzzles by tackling complex employee queries and jumping in on additional administrative duties—because no challenge is too big when you’ve got the right mindset.
