Job Description
The Position
The Business Enabler position supports the marketing teams for CV and Biosimilar in NWE ensuring also local language support of activities in the country.
Responsibilities:
Contribution to the planning process, strategy and promotional campaigns/activities in selected marketing areas
Organization and management of marketing key events and projects
Collaboration with various functions in the country and in NWE to ensure optimal alignment and effective implementation of projects.
Management of commercial local events including processes management of these, contacting different entities when needed, ensuring logistics’ agency management, preparing contracts and other documents. Monitor events assuring all requisites including compliance and legal ones.
Support business processes, including issue and manage POs and Non-POs.
Report & monitor the ToV to the HA and the GPUB local reports.
Required Education, Experience, and Skills
Education & Experience:
· University degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Life-sciences or equivalent
. Preferential experience in similar functions

· Strong time management and multitasking capacity.
· Resilience and good communication skills; ability to work under pressure
· Strong organization and communication skills
· Capacity to work in autonomous way, proactivity, drive and commitment
· High level of knowledge and proficiency in company tools & processes in scope
· Team player able to sustain strong collaboration on all levels of the organization
· Analytical and processes and project management skills
. High ethical standards and alignment with Organon values and behaviors.
. Fluent in English and the local language (Portuguese)
