Job Description

工作职责：

• 参与制定并推动执行公司在山东、河南两省的区域市场准入策略，确保与业务目标高度协同，助力产品准入与市场拓展。

• 系统开展关键利益相关方（包括政府机构、医保部门、行业协会、学术专家等）的沟通与管理，建立可持续的合作关系，营造有利的政策与市场环境。

• 持续跟踪、分析与研判山东、河南两地药品集采、医保准入、DRG/DIP支付改革、零售渠道等政策动向，评估其对业务的影响，提供前瞻性洞察与应对建议。

• 牵头设计与实施区域层面的政府合作项目，借助政策研究、专家网络与多方协作，积极参与行业标准制定与政策倡导，为公司争取有利的市场准入条件。

任职要求：

• 本科及以上学历，医学、药学、公共卫生、药物经济学、公共政策等相关专业背景。

• 具备3年以上制药行业政府事务、市场准入或相关岗位工作经验，有跨国药企经历者优先，熟悉山东、河南区域政策环境者尤佳。

• 深刻理解中国医疗卫生体系、政策制定流程及政府沟通方式，具备良好的政策解读、分析与倡导能力。

• 出色的外部关系构建与维护能力、项目统筹能力及跨团队协作技巧，能够在复杂环境中推动议题进展。

• 具备医保准入、集采应对、药物经济学评价等相关经验者优先。
