Job Description

Responsibilities:

Based on business growth strategy, develop Retail O2O growth strategy. With clear by channel and by customer annual investment plan. Take in charge centralized O2O plat form business plan, with clear full year investment and achieve annual target (GMV) by channel/brand annual investment plan. P&L consciousness, strategically allocate resources & manage marketing expenditure budget to fulfil business needs and financial target Empower capability building for retail KA team on O2O capability building. To develop OGN O2O growth model In-direct manage O2O team within KA team, to drive Top customer O2O business growth Work with brand team to develop integrated retail and brand O2O growth plan, with JBP selling story building. Take in charge of annual Retailer Leadership Team Forum to get deep communication and interact with key business partner, to deploy future business development strategy.

Required Marketing Expertise

• Customer, consumer, and shopper insights and understanding and converted to drive growth

• O2O platform business plan and operation capability, with deep insight on Retail O2O business

• Key account management capabilities, with JBP and selling story development capabilities

• Brand visioning and positioning；Product branding and messaging

• Channel P&L

Education Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, majors in marketing/communication/pharmacy /FMCG are preferred.

Required Experience and Skills:

• Requires 8-10 years of branding / retail marketing experience in pharmaceutical / healthcare related industry/ FMCG
• O2O platform business plan and operation experience. With deep insight on retail O2O
• Logical thinking, strategic building, superior data mining and analysis skills.
• Superior collaboration skills and communications skills. Multi function communication capability.
• Project management and multi-tasking skills. Ability to manage through complexity and ambiguity
• Hands-on experience on marketing planning and executions.
• Quick learner and be able to apply the knowledge to solve key business challenges.
• New innovation and creative WOW development capabilities.
• Excellent language proficiency in English (mandatory) and Chinese (mandatory).
