工作职责

能够开发或快速执行O2O购进故事，协助完成KA的JBP谈判。 协助KA商家的线上运营，提升KA商家对于核心商品的运营能力 销售团队运营操作的引导者，通过追踪数据，协同对应团队制定并执行改善计划来提升运营的质量的关键KPI O2O策略落地执行者，通过对关键策略动作拆解、设计指标，跨团队联合制定计划并推动完成，来保障O2O对应策略目标的有效落地 O2O线上媒体投资源的支持者，通过帮助品牌线上活动的落地KA，增强与连锁间的协作更好的实现目标达成 其它O2O业务相关拓展，支持业务创新项目等

基本知识和技能

• 良好的客户、消费者洞察能力，并能够转化为生意增长的驱动力

• 具有O2O 平台生意计划及执行的经验，熟悉EC或者O2O平台运营及营销产，对O2O生意本质有一定理解

• 具有有一定的大客户管理经验

• 良好的数据分析能力

教育背景:

•学士及以上, 市场营销/传播/制药/快消相关专业优先

工作经验及技能:

• 在O2O/EC或者制药行业至少有5年的经验，扎实的O2O/EC渠道营销和流量运营的知识及运营能力

• 较强的数字/互联网意识/或者在marketing相关

• 自我驱动、热情、优秀的团队合作精神

• 有市场营销策划及执行的能力，至少完整参与年度生意计划的规划及执行

• 良好的学习能力，项目高效执行及多任务处理的能力

• 流利的英语口语和写作能力
