岗位职责描述：

根据市场部策略，负责大区策略的制定和策略落地。

1. 负责大区的市场活动的管理和跟进。以及负责团队的内部培训。确保大区策略落地。

2. 负责对应区域重点医院重点产品专家观念孵化及转变，占领学术高地

3. 负责建立区域内重点产品讲者团队

4. 推进区域内标杆医院形成

岗位能力要求：

1. 3年及以上医药相关工作经验，相关慢病产品经验优先；

2. 较强的专业推广能力及较好英文阅读能力

3. 具备一定的大客户管理能力

4. 较好项目管理能力
