Job Description

The Position

The position holder is the primary HR interface and business partner for responsible business unit and department. This role partners with business leaders to ensure Talent Strategy and other HR programs are designed and implemented to support business priorities. In addition, this role will be responsible for providing day-to-day HR services.

Responsibilities

  • Support business growth through providing in-time recruitment solution (work together with staffing team)
  • Review and analyze business request to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve employee performance, retention, development and employee value proposition
  • Work closely with managers to ensure HR initiatives/programs are implemented effectively within the division
  • Provide management coaching to build people managers’ leadership capabilities
  • Work with business leaders to define the organization structure, key measurement, key success factor
  • Ensure all HR practices; records, etc. are in full compliance with statutory requirements
  • Drive HR initiatives such as employee survey, employee engagement events etc.
  • Participate in other HR projects, programs or activities, as assigned

Required Education, Experience and Skills

  • Preferably 8 years or above HR experience in a multi-national company or at least 10 years of HR experience
  • Ability to forge strong relationships with business partner and team members across organization
  • Ability to coach and counsel employees and managers with various HR issues
  • Project management skills-demonstrated ability to put together project plans and execute effectively
  • In depth understanding of local labor laws and practice
  • Fluency in English both written and speaking
  • Working experience in supporting Field Sales is preferred.
