Job Description

KA目标医院准入及安全运营工作

--主导公司目标医院上层准入关键决策者关系开发维护，研判医院药事规则及核心需求，整合优势资源，积极推动目标医院的常规药事会准入、临采准入、协议准入，保障公司业务在医院安全合规运营；

--深入研究区域目标医院中短期发展规划，结合公司的战略资源，科学合理地制定可落地的项目合作方案和医院准入工作计划，构建新型院企合作关系，确保公司准入产品利益最大化；

--维护公司产品在KA目标医院的安全运营工作，及时根据停限控政策对公司上级及合作销售团队发出预警，并提供安全运营解决方案，并落地执行。 与关键医院建立系统性关系

--统筹区域内相关行业协会平台（省医院协会、省药学会、临床药学分会等），搭建有助于公司产品医院准入及软实力提升的品牌项目，覆盖院长、药剂、医务等重点目标客户，提升公司在区域整体品牌影响力；

--根据国家、联盟、区域集采政策动态，推动集采产品在区域市场利益最大化，包括集采中选产品快速准入、未中选产品在院保留、报量干预、余量争取等相关工作。

--联合其他部门推动KA目标医院与公司的战略合作关系，提供解决方案并落地执行；

--与商务合作一起解决KA目标医院价格谈判工作； --协助市场准入团队处理KA目标医院确标和专家工作。 带领团队推动相关项目运作 --项目策划、执行及后续转化评估；

--医保、招标等全国或区域的谈判中KA目标医院院管、药学、医保专家的工作；

--统筹管理区域KA员工，完成日常辅导、协访、绩效跟进等团队管理工作；完成与公司内部销售临床等部门跨部门合作，确保准入目标高效达成。
