Job Description
The Position
This position reports into Executive Director Market Access/Policy/Communications EEI
Responsibilities
Responsible for the planning, the project management, and the implementation of communication measures for the external and internal corporate communication in coordination with the local and global strategy for the EEI countries
Content and strategic responsibility for EEI corporate channels of the company (e.g., corporate website, corporate social media, internal social media)
Identify Policy opportunities and Lead / Coordinate Policy activities across EEI in the collaboration with local teams
Cooperation with local Patients association across EEI
Independent selection and coordination of external agencies
Close cooperation with internal stakeholders to brainstorm, set up and coordinate implementation of Policy / Communication activities (management, HR, marketing, policy, market access, medical in EEI and communication colleagues on a global level)
Draft content (e.g., press releases, internal communication) for mass media, company website, SoMe, internal communication
Arrange and coordinate an organization initiatives and events (external/internal events organisation, SoMe management, press conferences etc.)
Establishing and maintaining relationships with relevant external contacts from business, GoV, regional and specialist media
Organization and coordination of Corporate Social Responsibility activities / EEI volunteering days
Budget planning and responsibility
Strong collaboration with EEI Managing Director, HR, Commercial, Marketing and Sales teams to support corporate and business strategy
Proactive support of our business colleagues during product launches or with late life cycle management of products losing exclusivity
Close collaboration with Regional and Global Communication / Policy Teams
Assures an effective two-way communication between EEI/regional/global teams
Assures an involvement of all relevant key stakeholders in order to develop and implement
Required Education, Experience, and Skills
Minimally bachelor’s degree in communication, journalism, public relation, politic science, or a related field
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Project management and effective organization skills
Content writing experience
Proven SoMe and networking expertise
Strategic and creative mindset
Attention to detail
Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines
Language: English proficiency, one EEI language as mother tongue.
Expected time to travel: 15% (mainly EEI countries)
