工作职责

• 数据洞察与业务计划：定期开展市场数据分析，识别增长来源与潜在机会；围绕品牌生意目标，制定系统性业务规划;

• 项目D(季度机会品)设计：推动跨部门项目共识，明确项目背景、执行逻辑与关键指标；
• 销售赋能与复盘优化：拆解项目目标，提供可执行方案，建立标准化复盘机制，通过数据分析与前线沟通，持续优化执行
• 品类运营：PRF(需求预测与供应链协同)，IQV管理，退货管理，配额管理

教育背景:

•学士及以上

工作经验及技能:

• 资历背景：

-本科以上学历

-至少7年以上渠道营销相关工作经验

-OTC、大健康、快速消费品、跨国医药公司相关治疗领域背景优先

• 专业经验

-熟悉零售渠道特点，了解行业趋势与动态，具备良好的商业敏感度及渠道营销触觉

-人际沟通与观察能力强，能够保持与区域销售的紧密沟通，在相关工具与活动设计中较好的针对相关需求

-能够运用结构性闭环思维，对待各工作有完整的闭环意识，通过框架性的分析方式对执行工作进行复盘和迭代设计

-交付管理经验丰富，能够持续平衡内部多方输入，有条不紊地推进活动的产出和质量保证
