Pay: The anticipated salary range for this position is $25-$30 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Compensation is determined based on a variety of factors, including relevant work experience, the skills required for the role, internal equity, market competitiveness, and budget considerations. Schedule: Full-time, 30-40 hours per week for a 6 month contract
Shift times: Normal business hours
Location: remote within MN, IA, NE, SD, or ND

Job Summary:
Under immediate supervision of the Director of Recruiting, the Recruiter performs a wide variety of functions. Recruiters are responsible for the entire recruitment process, where they will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization. The recruiter will fill a variety of roles, including healthcare and administrative professional roles. In addition to performing the duties of a recruiter, this position provides strong consulting to hiring managers on process, compliance and expectation setting in the recruiting environment. Recruiters will provide administrative support for new hire onboarding, employee file management, and other employee-centered processes, including information and document management, labor relations, and employee relations. Recruiters are advocates in implementing our mission “Advancing and protecting sexual and reproductive healthcare for all.” They may perform other related duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:
- 1 year project management experience
- 2 years experience in customer services, sales, or other related fields
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
- Previous recruiting experience in a healthcare environment is strongly desired
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in PPNCS Human Resources objectives and provide assistance in reaching departmental metrics and goals.
- Manage the candidate pipeline and conduct interviews, screens, tests, and evaluate candidates,
- Responsible for accurate and timely candidate communications.
- Collaborate with recruiting team throughout recruitment process.
- Determine the effectiveness and success of current recruiting plans and strategies
- Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting resource and executive innovative recruiting strategies to fin quality candidates
- Screen resumes and prospects, qualify interview and manage candidates throughout interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation
- Maintain communication with new hires as a resource to provide new hire information, PPNCS credentials, and documentation
- Demonstrated proficiency in all systems and technology required for the role.
- Track and report timely on new employee status as it relates to start date readiness and attendance, missing documents and clearance.
- Lead or assist on departmental projects.
- Support interactive process for work adjustments and accommodations under the ADA
- Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and fired employees, and other candidate relationships
- Other duties as assigned, in scope of job.
- Ensures compliance for all steps of the recruitment process; position approval, posting, sourcing, interviewing, testing, education/employment verification, criminal background checks, executing pre-onboarding process, applicant tracking database management.
- Partner with Human Resources for compliance and regulatory audits, reviews and inspections.
- Request and verify licenses, certificates, and other credentials required for these positions
