Job Title: Marketing Lead – Organic Growth & Brand

Company: ProMom Inc.

Location: Remote (U.S. preferred, San Diego bonus)

Commitment: 10–20 hrs/week | Part-time

ProMom is the AI-powered co-pilot for modern motherhood—the only platform supporting women from fertility through early parenting with trusted, science-backed guidance and intelligent tools. We've found product-market fit with strong organic user growth. Now we're building the brand to become the go-to resource for career-driven women navigating motherhood.

The Opportunity

You’ll lead ProMom’s organic growth, content, and brand narrative during a pivotal inflection point — working directly with the founding team to scale what’s already working. This is a strategic + hands-on role where you'll lead content, community, and brand narrative while working directly with the founding team.

In the first 90 days, success looks like:

  • Launch and own ProMom’s content strategy across blog, SEO, media and expert-driven topics (fertility, pregnancy, postpartum)
  • Build authentic brand presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, and Reddit
  • Pitch ProMom’s story to journalists, podcasters, and creators in parenting, health, and wellness
  • Set baseline growth metrics for organic acquisition, engagement, and brand reach

What You'll Do

  • Content & SEO: Develop content strategy and editorial calendar focused on organic search authority; create and optimize video content and blog posts around high-intent keywords
  • PR & Media Relations: Build relationships with health journalists, parenting media, and podcast hosts; pitch ProMom's story and secure media coverage
  • Community & Social: Grow authentic presence on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Reddit; engage in community conversations; create mission-aligned social content
  • Brand & Narrative: Define and amplify ProMom's brand voice across channels (calm, expert, trustworthy); ensure consistent messaging
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs monthly; report quarterly on organic acquisition, engagement, and brand growth

What We're Looking For

Must-have:

  • 4–10 years in consumer, wellness, or healthtech marketing (B2C or femtech a plus)
  • Proven organic growth skills (content, SEO, community, or earned media)
  • Strong writer with ability to simplify complex ideas into relatable, trustworthy messaging
  • Comfortable wearing both strategic and executional hats and using latest tools
  • Fast-moving, independent, and aligned with early-stage startup pace

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience in fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, or women's health marketing
  • Track record building brand authority in parenting or health media
  • Relationships with health journalists or podcast producers
  • Startup background; experience with health tech
