Marketing & Business Development Lead at Concierge Women’s Health Practice

Menlo Park, hybrid in-person & remote

ABOUT RADIANT WOMEN’S HEALTH

Radiant Women’s Health (www.radiantwomenshealthmd.com) is a boutique concierge medicine practice in Menlo Park setting a new standard of care for women. Our mission is to deliver comprehensive, evidence-based care by leading experts in women’s health, ensuring every woman feels genuinely cared for and championed as she navigates healthy aging.

We opened our flagship clinic in March 2025 in Menlo Park offering concierge primary care and gynecology under one roof, with integrated support from specialists in nutrition, pelvic floor therapy, and endocrinology. Our physicians are among the best in their fields, and we have built a practice that combines clinical excellence with a hospitality-first patient experience. We are a small, mission-driven founding team and we are growing.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a relationship-driven marketing generalist to own our top-of-funnel growth and build our brand presence in the Bay Area. Reporting to the co-CEOs, this person will both shape and execute our marketing strategy across a broad range of channels, with a particular focus on relationship-building. This is our first marketing hire, and an opportunity for someone with a few years of broad marketing and business development experience to take on meaningful ownership and impact from day one. The role spans both outward-facing business development — building referral relationships with physicians and community partners — and hands-on marketing execution across events, PR, and digital. You will be the person who figures out what works, builds the playbook, and executes it — with real creative freedom and the full support of leadership. We are looking for someone who brings the professionalism and instincts to represent a high-touch, hospitality-oriented practice well. As we grow in the Bay Area, your scope will grow with us.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Physician and community referral network: Build and manage a referral network of local physicians, practitioners, and community partners. Own the full outreach cycle from cold contact to ongoing relationship. Organize high-touch touchpoints such as office visits, lunch-and-learns, and clinic tours. Maintain accurate records of referral relationships and activity in our CRM.

Member growth initiatives: Design and execute programs that deepen member loyalty and grow our community through word-of-mouth and relationship-based channels.

Events and community presence: Plan and host events that introduce Radiant to the community, including partnerships with local businesses and aligned practices. Own all event logistics end-to-end.

Physician brand and local PR: Identify and pursue local media opportunities that give our physicians visibility in the community — press features, conferences, podcasts, newsletters, and speaking engagements.

Organic social media: Develop and execute a social media presence (with contractor support as needed) that reflects the quality and warmth of our practice. Maintain a consistent, on-brand presence across channels and continually refine our approach based on what resonates.

Digital marketing support: Support leadership and our SEO agency on digital marketing execution, including optimizing landing pages, content, email marketing, and campaign coordination.

Member experience: Develop initiatives that deepen relationships with our members, improve their experience, and strengthen their connection to the practice.

Member Liaison collaboration: Work closely with our Member Liaison to support prospective members as they explore joining the practice.

Performance and reporting: Track budget and measure outcomes across channels; own marketing KPIs and report progress to leadership.
