Radiant Women's Health
Business Development & Marketing Lead at Concierge Women’s Health Practice
Menlo Park, hybrid in-person & remote
ABOUT RADIANT WOMEN’S HEALTH
Radiant Women’s Health (www.radiantwomenshealthmd.com) is a boutique concierge medicine practice in Menlo Park setting a new standard of care for women. Our mission is to deliver comprehensive, evidence-based care by leading experts in women’s health, ensuring every woman feels genuinely cared for and championed as she navigates healthy aging.
We opened our flagship clinic in March 2025 in Menlo Park offering concierge primary care and gynecology under one roof, with integrated support from specialists in nutrition, pelvic floor therapy, and endocrinology. Our physicians are among the best in their fields, and we have built a practice that combines clinical excellence with a hospitality-first patient experience. We are a small, mission-driven founding team and we are growing.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a business development and community partnerships professional to grow Radiant's presence in the Bay Area. The core of this role is building relationships with local businesses, professional networks, and healthcare providers, and turning those relationships into partnerships that create genuine pathways to Radiant for the women we serve.
You will be out in the community, meeting with potential partners, hosting events, and developing our physician referral network. You will also maintain our social presence and pursue PR and media opportunities that build visibility for our physicians.
This is our first marketing hire on a small, high-impact team. You will be the person who figures out what works, builds the playbook, and executes it — with real creative freedom and meaningful impact into the success of the practice. We are looking for someone who brings warmth, professionalism, and genuine passion for our mission. As we grow, your scope will grow with us.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Partnerships & business development
- Source, create, and nurture B2B2C relationships with local businesses (e.g. wellness studios, fitness communities) and aligned organizations (e.g. professional networks). Collaborate to co-host events, share content, and more, centered around women’s health topics.
- Develop and maintain our network of referring physicians and healthcare providers. Own the full relationship cycle: outreach, in-person visits, ongoing touchpoints, and follow-up. Keep our CRM current and accurate.
Events & community presence
- Plan and host events that bring women into our world — educational evenings, community health talks, partner venue activations, and gatherings for our physician referral network. Own the event end-to-end.
- Identify speaking and visibility opportunities for our physicians at local events, conferences, and in the community.
- Track event outcomes and refine our approach based on what actually drives engagement and new member interest.
Social media & PR
- Launch and run our Instagram. Maintain a warm, consistent social media presence that reflects the quality and care of our practice. (We are open to supporting this with a contractor if needed)
- Pursue local media opportunities — press features, podcast placements, newsletter partnerships, and speaking engagements — that build awareness of Radiant and visibility for our physicians.
- Collaborate with our SEO agency and leadership on digital marketing execution, including content, email, and campaign coordination.
Member growth & reporting
- Design initiatives that deepen member loyalty and encourage word-of-mouth, e.g. newsletter, drip campaigns.
- Work closely with our Member Liaison to support prospective members as they explore joining.
- Track budget and measure outcomes across channels. Own marketing KPIs.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- 3-6 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or a role that combined outbound relationship-building with hands-on marketing execution. A track record of partnerships you personally sourced, built, and sustained over time.
- A natural relationship-builder. Comfortable with cold outreach, persistent follow-up, and navigating to the right decision-maker; warm, professional, and credible representing our brand in professional and community settings.
- Background in wellness, hospitality, luxury consumer brands, or membership-based businesses strongly preferred. An understanding of high-touch client experience is central to representing our brand well. Healthcare experience is a plus.
- A self-starter with experience on lean teams. Highly independent and self-directed, with strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (we use Pipedrive) and basic marketing analytics.
- Passionate about advancing women’s health
- [nice to have] Experience with PR or media outreach — pitching journalists, podcast producers, or newsletter editors.
- [nice to have] Comfortable with Instagram. Experience creating or managing content for a brand account.
- [nice to have] Familiarity with the Bay Area wellness, fitness, and professional community is a plus — someone who knows the local landscape.
