We’re hiring for our Provider Success Coordinator. We're seeking a detail-oriented and empathetic Provider Success Coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact for our network of therapists and nurse practitioners. In this role, you'll guide providers through their entire journey with our organization - from their first day of onboarding through ongoing support and, when necessary, offboarding. You'll be instrumental in ensuring our providers have the resources, support, and positive experience they need to deliver exceptional mental health care to our patients. This is a high-impact role reporting directly to Sr. Manager of Provider Operations.

What you'll do
- Coordinate comprehensive onboarding for new therapists and nurse practitioners, ensuring a smooth transition into our network
- Track onboarding milestones and proactively address any delays or issues
- Serve as the main point of contact for provider questions, concerns, and technical issues
- Troubleshoot platform-related challenges and coordinate with technical teams for resolution
- Facilitate provider access to clinical resources, training materials, and continuing education opportunities
- Monitor provider satisfaction and engagement, identifying opportunities for improvement
- Coordinate regular check-ins with providers to ensure they have what they need to succeed
- Maintain accurate provider records and documentation throughout their tenure
- Handle offboarding procedures with professionalism and care when providers transition out
- Gather provider feedback and serve as their advocate within the organization
- Collaborate with clinical leadership, operations, and other teams to resolve provider needs
- Contribute to provider engagement initiatives and retention strategies
Who you are
- Understanding of mental health services and the unique needs of therapists and prescribers
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of empathy, professionalism, and discretion
- Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office; comfort learning new software platforms
Must Haves
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in healthcare administration, human resources, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in provider relations, healthcare operations, or similar customer-facing role
