Physician (Early Career) - Studio City
We’re hiring an early-career Physician to provide high-quality, whole-person care in our Studio City clinic. This role is ideal for a recent residency graduate looking to build strong clinical foundations while growing within a supportive, team-based environment.
You’ll be a core part of our care team, delivering primary care and women’s health services while continuing to expand your clinical scope, confidence, and long-term career pathway in practice. What You’ll Do
- Clinical Care: Provide comprehensive primary care and women’s health services in an outpatient clinic setting.
- Quality Delivery: Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care for a diverse range of acute and chronic clinical needs.
- Collaboration: Partner with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care and seamless patient experiences.
- Clinical Growth: Actively engage in training to build confidence and expand your clinical scope over time.
- Care Innovation: Leverage technology and data to enhance clinical decision-making and maintain efficient documentation.
What You’ll Bring
Requirements
- Credentials: MD or DO; Board Eligible or Board Certified (BE/BC) in FM, IM, or OB/GYN.
- Education: Completion of an accredited residency program (or currently in final year).
- Licensure: Active California Medical License (or in-process) and DEA registration; authorized to work in the U.S.
- Clinical Foundation:
- Primary Care: Proficiency in preventive care, annual exams, and managing common acute/chronic conditions.
- Women’s Health: Fundamental knowledge of contraception, STI care, and routine gynecological concerns.
- Behavioral Health: Comfortable with mental health screenings and longitudinal follow-up (e.g., anxiety, depression).
Training & Development
We provide mentorship and specialized training to expand your scope in:
- Clinical Procedures: IUD and Nexplanon insertions.
- Advanced Women’s Health: Menopause management and sexual health.
- Specialized Care: Medical dermatology and medical weight management.

Work Location
This role is based in our Studio City clinic.
Compensation & Benefits
Tia is committed to pay equity and pay transparency. Compensation for this role will be determined based on job-related factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, location, role leveling, business needs, and market conditions.
The expected base salary range for this role is $220,000 – $240,000, depending on level and experience.
