Willbe is a pioneering longevity brand transforming female hormonal health. We combine advanced genetic and functional testing with expert-led, personalised care for women in perimenopause and beyond.
We’re looking for a Head of Sales & Marketing to lead us through our next phase of growth. It’s a big task – building an organic-first sales and marketing engine from the ground up – but for the right person, it’s an opportunity to get in early with a brand that has huge potential for global scale. You’ll work closely with our Forbes 30 Under 30 founder and founding team, shaping and executing strategies that inspire, educate, and convert. This is about creating momentum in an exploding market, with a product and mission that genuinely changes lives.
The Role Our core audience is women aged 40–55 navigating perimenopause. They’re smart, health-savvy, and do their homework before committing to premium products. They value science, evidence, and authenticity and our marketing must reflect that. You’ll be responsible for the entire funnel, from awareness to purchase, with a focus on: Content that converts – podcast placements, YouTube, customer success stories, expert insights, and science-led educational pieces. Multi-touch nurture journeys – ensuring prospective clients engage with multiple high-value touchpoints before purchase. Email marketing mastery – segmentation, storytelling, and automation that builds trust and drives sales. Community-led growth – social proof, engagement, and partnerships without heavy reliance on paid ads. Working with micro-influencers – building relationships with credible, niche voices who can connect authentically with our audience.
What We’re Looking For 5+ years in sales and marketing, including budget management, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration. Proven D2C experience in health, wellness, or another premium, high-trust niche. Track record in scaling premium products or services organically to consistent, high-value sales. Ability to translate complex, technical ideas into content that inspires trust and action. Curiosity about longevity, functional medicine, women’s health, or biohacking. Strategic and hands-on – comfortable designing and delivering a plan without a big budget or ready-made team. Proven success in early-stage start-ups.
