Enterprise Sales Manager

Alpha Medical is seeking an Enterprise Sales Manager with a passion for patient advocacy and improving the way people access healthcare today. The Enterprise Sales Manager will work collaboratively under the supervision of the Chief Revenue Officer and have a strong focus on establishing new employer relationships and revenue in the enterprise space for our Clinical Team to serve. 
As an Enterprise Sales Manager, you will be part of a small but growing Sales team that’s focused on identifying new revenue opportunities and closing new business while implementing scalable processes. You will get experience working with stakeholders from various departments, aligning roadmaps to prospect needs, leading business development activities in your assigned territory, reviewing and updating forecasts,  updates to the broader team on market trends, and other tasks as assigned.

Key areas of ownership that you will drive forward for the organization personally, and collaborating cross-functionally

    • Experience selling new customer business as well as managing large, complex enterprise sales
    • Effective presentation skills and demonstrated experience developing relationships with high-level executives
    • Experience working with cross-functional teams both internally and externally to manage and implement complex partnerships

You should bring expertise in these areas and can help to uplevel the team in…

    • 7-10 years of business development, strategy, direct sales, and/or consulting experience
    • Experience in the healthcare industry, ideally with a deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, healthcare benefits and healthcare technology
    • Proven track record driving new business in a web-based enterprise sales environment


    • Solidify a deep functional knowledge of our products and product platform
    • Identify new target markets from current B2C model transitioning to B2B and commercial partnerships
    • Take ownership of the revenue pipeline in your assigned territory 
    • Conduct an assessment to identify any immediate opportunities
    • Conduct weekly pipeline reviews


    • Partner with Alpha’s sales, marketing, and product teams
    • Establish sales engagement metrics and targets, managing your territory through those metrics
    • Present a plan for improved contract execution with our General Counsel, Head of Marketing, Head of Growth and executive leadership
    • Take ownership of your Q3 B2B pipeline
    • Have closed several revenue-generating contracts
    • Be confident presenting the Alpha Medical value proposition and vision to prospects and partners


    • Meet interim sales target 
    • Partner with Product and Engineering to support integration and reporting needs for commercial clients
    • Establish regional growth strategy aligned with your forecasts
    • Partner with Clinical Operations and Marketing to onboard commercial clients
    • Help make Alpha’s position and branding resonate with B2B clients and partners
    • Be routinely closing deals and have a healthy pipeline of deals in process
    • Be a valued member of the Alpha team and be someone who others rely on for guidance and market insights
