The company was founded in 2017 by three women with distinct backgrounds — a journalist and bestselling author, a movie distributor at Disney with a Harvard MBA, and an architect-turned-art director. Once we launched our organic cotton pads on Amazon, we quickly became #1 brand in its organic feminine care category. Now we offer not only organic feminine care products, but also clean, vegan skincare products including facial sheet masks, pimple patches, and skincare essentials. Rael products are available to purchase at, Target, Amazon, Walmart, CVS, Walgreens, Urban Outfitters, and more.

Job Description



What we seek:

We’re looking for an intern with an entrepreneurial spirit who can support our Sales team at Rael. You’ll be a temporary hire with an opportunity to be permanent at a rapidly growing startup and will have a direct impact on Rael’s retail and sales strategies. We’d like you to be comfortable with our fast-paced work environment and be execution-oriented, meaning being a doer than just a thinker. We would like you to be open to supporting administrative tasks for our sales team, learning about our personal care and beauty products portfolio, and retail partners. Most importantly, we would like you to genuinely love our products and brand and have a passion for the cause we believe in.



What you will do

  • Support retail sales strategy/plans and execute them to expand Rael’s presence beyond Target, Amazon, and
  • Execute sales support tasks to prepare go to market for top priority retailers
  • Support relationships with clients and track performance
  • Be a Sales advocate and work closely with our internal teams including Supply Chain, Marketing, and Creative
  • Support our Sales team




  • 0-2 years of experience working in sales and account management
  • Analytical skills to track retail performance and reporting
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
  • Leadership, entrepreneurship, and can-do spirit
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office – Excel, PPT, Word
  • Bachelors Degree (or equivalent)
